Shipping & Returns

 

Cancellation Policy

We start processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Only non-shipped orders may be canceled. If you cancel your order prior to shipment, a 5% restocking fee will be issued. All canceled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Large Items will be shipped through UPS or FedEx and insured against damage and loss.  

Please take care when opening the shipping container. Do not use a sharp knife or tool to open cartons as you risk cutting into the furniture.

Inspection

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

Homa Studio takes great care in packing all items for shipment, but transit-related damage can occur. All shipments are insured against loss or damage. Please note any damage to the shipping container on the delivery receipt and note that the contents are “subject to inspection”.

A full inspection of the item(s) must be completed within 48 hours as well as any freight claims must be filled within 48 hours of delivery. Save all packaging material and document the damage by taking photos. Failure to save the packaging will invalidate a claim with the shipping company.

Shipping Damages

The customer must settle any claims for damaged goods with the carrier selected to deliver the goods. Homa Studio is not responsible for settling any damaged goods claims. We are more than happy to assist in any way as you file your claim, any and all damage claims must be handled through the shipping company. 

Please notify Homa Studio within 24 hours of the delivery of the damaged item if you require assistance filing the claim.

Claims

Homa Studio takes great care in handcrafting every piece. If your shipment arrives with the appearance of shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us immediately at Hey.homastudio@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please provide a brief description of what the issue is along with photographs. Depending on the issue Homa Studio may provide a claim form for more information.

Returns

Most of our pieces are built to order because of that any item with a lead-time is a final sale. FOR ANY ITEM THAT REQUIRES A LEAD TIME THE SALE IS FINAL. We will gladly replace defective or missing parts at no additional charge. 

Do not attempt a return without first contacting Homa Studio to receive written authorization. Homa Studio will not accept returns without prior written authorization.

Homa Studio is not responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than Homa.Studio. If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly with issues.
